Our Church Model

The Capital City Church discipleship model is built around three primary environments, each one unique and contributing to our personal spiritual growth in its own way.

Worship in Rows

Study in circles

Mentor in tables

worship in rows

We connect with God and each other by worshipping in ROWS. Our worship services are designed to inspire and challenge us. Corporate worship connects us to each other and to the “great cloud of witnesses” who have come before us throughout church history. We worship through singing, preaching and liturgy each week, and through the Lord’s Supper monthly.

Study in Circles

We study scripture and connect to each other in deeper ways in CIRCLES. These community groups are home-based bible-focused CIRCLES that meet regularly to share a meal, grow spiritually, pray together and serve their community. They help people pursue discipleship to God while forming connection with one another.

mentor in tables

We grow deeper in our personal discipleship journey by sharing TABLES with a spiritual mentor. Our spiritual mentoring program lets us regularly share time with someone to guide us, providing the best opportunity to be shepherded in our personal spiritual growth. TABLES is a once a week commitment that alternates between teaching and meeting to discuss with your mentor.
